Our Return Policy

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Original packaging should be included
  • Proof of purchase is required
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, mini dresses, or mini skirts unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned product.
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using:
